ACI Trogir is located on the shore of Otok Ciovo on the opposite side of the channel (and just a short, 10 minute, walk) from the historic town of Trogir. The town itself is a tourist centre and is famed for its medieval streets, its cathedral (the view from its tower is fantastic) and its later medeival fortifications including the Kamerlengo Castle and St Marc’s Tower.
ACI Trogir offers 179 wet berths and 35 dry berths and is open throughout the year. There is a fuel berth located to the west of the marina. Trogir has excellent connections to the national road system and is particularly convenient for Split and it’s international airport.
Staff are friendly, services including free wifi and the bar/restaurant are great and the facilities are clean and well maintained. This is a great location from which to visit both the historic town of Trogir and also (by bus) Split. As ACI Marinas go is one of the better facilities.
The only difficulty you may encounter is getting a berth on a Friday or a Saturday. According to some reports the marina has a policy of turning new arrivals away on Friday to ensure it maintains enough space for the charter yachts that use it as a base (Dalmatia Charter, Ecos, Waypoint and Ultra among others). Having said that we were told by one visitor that they had arrived on a Thursday and been allowed to stay on the Friday.
